Meeting of the Coordination Council
On October 30, 2024, a meeting of the Coordination Council of the Center for Human Resource Development and Regional Initiatives (CHRDRI) was held in the Training Building of the Center for Human Resources Development and Regional Initiatives.
The meeting was opened by the Chair of the Coordination Council, Polina Marinova, Director of the CHRDRI, who welcomed the attendees and emphasized the importance of the topics to be discussed. Members of the Coordination Council Secretariat also participated.
A report on the CHRDRI’s activities under the National Employment Action Plan for the first nine months of 2024 was presented. Milena Kyoseva, Deputy Director of the CHRDRI, outlined the key achievements and challenges the institution faced during the reporting period. Liliya Stoyanova-Lukaicheva, Director of the "Training, Methodological, and International Activities" Directorate, provided information on the conducted training sessions and their outcomes. Additionally, the results of surveys on training needs for the public administration were presented, highlighting the necessity of digital skills and qualification.
The meeting concluded with an active discussion among the members of the Coordination Council, who offered comments and suggestions on the presented topics. Polina Marinova and Milena Kyoseva reiterated the CHRDRI's commitment to enhancing workforce skills and meeting the demands of a dynamically changing labor market. The meeting of the Coordination Council represents an important step in the CHRDRI's work, aimed at discussing the enhancement of competencies and the preparation of personnel needed to meet the challenges of digitalization and the modern labor market.
