PAZARDZHIK REGIONAL DIRECTORATE LAUNCHES THE FIRST TRAINING IN KEY COMPETENCE WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE NAEP-2024

On 10.06.2024, the first training in key competence within the framework of the 2024 National Action Employment Plan was launched at the Regional Directorate Pazardzhik. 14 participants were included in this training – all of them sent by the Pazardzhik and Septemvry employment offices.

The Director of Pazardzhik Regional Directorate – Mrs. Zabunyan congratulated the trainees for their choice to join the course, wishing them success in their development and acquiring new knowledge and skills.

During the training, students will discover their own method, style and form of training in order to build strategies for achieving better learning outcomes.

The training aims to stimulate students to change their attitudes towards growth – to constantly broaden their horizons, never avoiding challenges, accepting criticism as a valuable lesson. They should also be open to innovations in their daily lives, striving for development and cooperating with future colleagues.

After completing the course, the trainees will continue their professional development with the professional course for Teacher’s aide profession, specialty Teacher’s Aide in the Raising and Upbringing of Children.
