Training in the distance learning platform of CHRDRI presented the novelties in the Administrative Penalties and Violations Act and the Administrative Procedure Code
A seminar on "Amendments and supplements to the Administrative Penalties and Violations Act and the Administrative Procedure Code" presented the latest updates in the Bulgarian legislation. The training was held in the Distance Learning Platform of CHRDRI and was aimed for employees from the territorial structures of the General Labour Inspectorate Executive Agency. Those engaged in the implementation of the APVA and APC had the opportunity to update their knowledge within the seminar. Their lecturers were Zlatka Ilieva and Dr. Dimitrina Petrova – both magistrates at the Sofia – city Administrative Court. The participants received clarification on themes like the procedure for establishing administrative violations – subject-matter competence, content of the act for establishing an administrative violation and the mandatory prerequisites, etc. The content of the lectures also included the administrative procedure rules for the issuance of individual administrative acts, admissible evidence and means of proof, grounds for revocation of unlawful individual administrative acts in case of challenge before a court, etc.
