Training on "Entrepreneurial Competence for Future Hairdressers" Begins in Pleven
On October 16, 2024, the Center for Human Resource Development and Regional Initiatives (HRDRIC) in Pleven launched a training program focused on the key competency of "Entrepreneurial Competence." This program aims to equip participants with essential knowledge and skills in the field of entrepreneurship. Participants will learn vital principles such as business planning, developing a concept for starting their own business, project management, and teamwork.
The course is part of the "National Employment Action Plan" and is designed for unemployed individuals registered with employment offices. These skills and knowledge will help participants become more competitive in the job market, preparing them for independent entrepreneurship or successful integration into various companies. The entrepreneurial competency training follows the "Hairdressing" course previously completed by participants.
The knowledge and skills from the "Entrepreneurial Competence" course provide a solid foundation for a successful career and professional development in the dynamic business environment. Over the five-day training, which includes 30 instructional hours, participants will also acquire valuable practical skills, such as effective communication, planning and organization, business plan development, and market analysis. They will learn how to manage their projects successfully and work effectively within a team.
Business planning helps participants structure their ideas and anticipate the steps needed to achieve their goals. Developing a concept for their own business provides specific insights into transforming ideas into actual projects. Project management skills enable efficient handling of tasks, resources, and personnel to achieve defined outcomes within deadlines. Teamwork hones participants' abilities to communicate and collaborate with different people effectively.
