Vocational training in the profession of Cook with a specialty Production of culinary products and beverages begins at CHRDRI Kremikovtsi

On 17.06.2024, a vocational training in the profession of Cook with a specialty Production of culinary products and beverages was launched at CHRDRI Kremikovtsi. The course will finish on 11.10.2024, with a total duration of 660 academic hours for acquiring a second level of professional qualification.

Currently, there are 13 participants in this vocational training, ready to immerse themselves in the world of culinary art. The training will be profound and intense, providing participants with the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful career in cooking. The training will be held in two main phases:

1. General educational modules, which will provide a necessary theoretical foundation and prepare students for the practical aspects of the profession. 

2. Practical training - after completing the theoretical part at CHRDRI, the participants will move on to practical training at the Culinary Academy "Pastry Academy". Thus, they will have the opportunity to apply what they have learned and develop their culinary skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

The aim of the course is to prepare future cooks who are not only familiar with the basics of culinary art, but also with new trends and technologies in the production of foods and beverages.
